I bought the 1 month subscrption after I saw a discount price, not a recurring subscription (who ever change from Android to Iphone every month anyway), it didnt work, tried multiple operation, restarting phones, code etc, following all the steps for nothing, it keep disconnect during the process... After one month surprise: they charge me another monthfull price. In my account, no trace of the product and then no way to contact support: IG is a private account with bots asking to send an email, email is not working, Fb is the same, bot and AI chatbot everywhere circling around... I had to block them to avoid being charge forever. this Company is a shameless scammer.

I havnt taken the plunge to buy this as i already feel ripped off buying another solution which couldnt bypass the Google credentials on another phone.
This version though, i was pleased to see also supported Apple.
However, a few red flags for me
a) The try before you buy doesnt work. I loaded my phone, when through the options and before i could do anything further, it flashed up the demand for cash. Thought it was "try before you buy"?
b) Despite this product being rated 4.3 on trust pilot, i was concerned to see about 1/3 of recent negative reviews. Recent too, so thats an issue too.
c) Finally went through to buy it, but its not really clear what you're getting for the money. I want to unblock phones and maybe backup and restore data. But unsure this is fit for the purpose.
A trial would seem to be the solution then as you can cancel any time (supposedly) but given the experiences i am reading here i am not sure i even want to try.
Advice to the vendor, if you're offering the software on a "try before you buy" basis, then enable it so.
So for that reason i am out until i get more information on it.

I was told I'd get a trial, and I was charged anyway. Then I couldn't even do the phone transfer because the software didn't work. Now I got 40$ taken, and I have to find somewhere else to move my data to my new phone. Tech Support asked for 400 things to help the situation. I told them what happened, then they asked for more, then said they won't help. They use something called Wondershare, and it is awful. Felt like a complete scam

I purchasCharged multiple times without consent – no data recovereded Dr.Fone (Mac)
I purchased Dr.Fone (Mac) – Data Recovery (iOS/Android) expecting it to recover my data as advertised. Unfortunately, the software did not recover a single file, even after following all instructions properly.
What made the experience worse is that I was charged three times, including a charge in the following month, without my consent or authorization. I did not approve or allow any recurring or additional payments.
The product delivered zero results, and the billing practice was extremely disappointing and unclear. I have requested a full refund for all charges, as the software provided no value and the additional charges were not approved by me.
I am sharing this review to warn other users to be very careful about both the effectiveness of the software and the billing practices.

The software did not work, after 12 hours of migration, it did not work. Had to migrate one phone using Samsung Smartswitch and then the merge worked. I paid the perpetual license but the site registered for both licenses, perpetual and monthly. It was difficult to cancel the monthly license, had to search on internet how to do it.

Falsely advertised. Does not work with listed phones
This application stated that its unlock feature worked with Samsung running Android 15 or below. The application did not work with a phone within the stated parameters.. then the company was "unable to help" and claimed they were unable to refund based on false advertisement.

I now am requested to reply to wondershare’s response, or add to my review. If not I may have my review deleted. On Saturday January 10, 2026 I proceeded to download the App from the Apple store. I did not realize that customer service from Wondershare and Dr Fone do not work on the weekends. The App store does. On loading the App, any person will see that it shows you a purchase option for the App and relates visually that it is necessary to purchase and use the App. No offer to use the App Dr. Fone for a trial period is then advertised. I checked under my settings and subscriptions on my phone. A subscription was listed for Dr. Fone pro that day 1-10-2027 Expiring January 10, 2027. I tried to promptly call and submit a notice to Dr. Fone,and Wondershare at once through my email, with no reply. On January 12, 2026 I was notified by email that I purchased Dr. Fone as a subscription. Now on January 15th I have received notice from Wondershare customer service that they wish to help me with the program. Trust Pilot has given me notice that they will take down my review if I don't supply more info on my review. No response from Wondershare on the trial period that they relate to in their advertising is mentioned; only they will help with the program and it’s not the service they want to offer. I found the program to be unsatisfactory and the process can be done with my Mac programs that are included with the computer. They offer no trial period guarantee. Dr Fone , Technical failure (Error 4041) - No refund and unauthorized renewal charge
I purchased the software to repair an iPhone, but the issue was hardware-related (NAND memory failure, Error 4041), making the product useless for my case. I requested a refund under your guarantee policy, but I was only offered an exchange for another product I do not need.
I provided all the technical evidence requested, and since then, communication has stopped. To make matters worse, on January 6th, 2026, I was charged for an automatic renewal that I never authorized. I attempted to cancel the subscription manually, but the official subscription management page is disabled or broken, preventing me from canceling the service.
I demand an immediate refund for both the initial purchase and the unauthorized renewal. My order number is CO1843840323299979360. I am facing abusive billing practices and commercial fraud. I will not remove this review until the money is back in my account.

The website claims you can reset a Samsung phone without data loss, giving the impression that it works on all devices. Only after paying and downloading the app does it become clear that data recovery is limited to very old Samsung models. This crucial limitation is not disclosed on the main page, which is exactly where desperate users are looking for a real solution.
For newer phones, the app simply tells you to perform a hard reset, which wipes all data—something anyone could find online for free.
I requested a refund within 10 minutes of purchase, but was told I must buy the “correct service” or another product to qualify for a refund. That is absurd. If there is no service I can use, why would I purchase another one?
This feels deliberately misleading and preys on people in urgent situations. Very disappointing. Avoid.

I strongly advise against purchasing this software. The company uses broad, misleading language to suggest their software works on all Samsung devices without data loss. In reality, the compatibility is very narrow. My device (Samsung M04) was unsupported.
A professional company would offer a refund when their product fails to deliver on advertised claims, but this company refused even though i asked for refund after an Hour of using the product which was well within the 7 day refund period. It worked great getting screen lock off of Iphone but it wont connect to the tablet that I purchased this for in the first place.It tells me to turn Debugging on,if I could get in the tablet to turn it on I wouldnt have needed this.
I bought this software because it was advertised with a Money-Back Guarantee. Unfortunately, that guarantee was not honored.
The main feature I needed (WhatsApp merge) failed completely after following all instructions and spending over two hours. When I requested a refund, I was asked to repeat the same long process instead of receiving the refund promised.
In reality, the Money-Back Guarantee does not work as advertised. If the software fails, the customer is expected to waste more time rather than get their money back.
Buyers should be cautious and not rely on the refund guarantee.
