Extremely Disappointed – Felt Misled by the Software
I had a very disappointing experience with Wondershare’s phone unlocking software. In my case, the product did not work as advertised, and I felt the marketing was unclear and overly optimistic about what the software could actually do. Scam, plain and simple. Tells you that they can unlock your phone, total rubbish. What they mean is they'll show you how to do a factory reset. Other reviews have said the same and no doubt I'll get a reply from them with a link to "supported phones" which again is just a scam, they have no means of unlocking your phone.

Price Changed After Quote — Very Disappointing Experience
I came to this shop last Tuesday to fix the cracked back camera screen on my phone. After checking, they quoted me $99 and said I’d need to leave my phone overnight. I agreed and told them I’d return the following week, which I did today.
When I went back to drop off my phone, the lady checked the stock and suddenly told me the price had gone up to $150 because they’d “used all the cheaper stock” and only had the expensive one left. I reminded her that I was clearly told it would be $99 and even asked for that in writing. She assured me at the time that the price wouldn’t change.
Now she’s saying I should have paid a deposit to secure the price — something that was never mentioned before. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of honesty, communication, and accountability is extremely disappointing.
If a business can’t stand by their word or honour a simple quote from a week ago, it says a lot about how they treat customers. I will never go back and do not recommend this place at all.

I paid for a full membership (as most of the features I needed were paid features). Turns out they mislead people on what they can do. They could not unlock any of the phones I had, could not recover or backup the memory of any of them either.
They absolutely lie about their 7 day refund policy. They claim to do so but will deny it for any reason (I requested a refund two days after purchase as I could not use their software). They then claim that the 7-day refund policy only occurs if there's a overt technical error - which is not made clear in their polices. And when it is, they will have an AI answer you and refuse to reply. Absolute scam.
I basically have to file a chargeback via my bank.
Edit: As I am not allowed to reply to them. They do not provide any fairness. They are deliberately misleading in their refund policies (no where does it say "within 7 days AND Technical issues/etc for refunds" - they just claim to 'infer' it and they do not openly state that technical issues do not belong with incapatibility, hardware, software difference which they are not clear about in the free version, etc), their disputes do not allow you to attach anything but 500 characters and 5 pics.

After a day of trying I gave up. And this is a paid for app. Went through all the fixes. Cable, available space, etc, and it still did not work. Eventually I realized I was probably just getting the same errors as Apple devices produced. I asked for a refund and got an unsympathetic response telling me that I have to go through the tech team. ANOTHER 10 HOURS FOR SURE. Ultimately I told them to keep the money. I THEN FOUND A FREE APP THAT WORKED PERFECTLY. Imagine that!
