They said it's a "Free trail" but after you download and fully install all the software, what you get doesn't do anything at all unless you buy the full package. Usually a trial software will have some basic features available, but this doesn't do anything unless you purchase the full package "all or nothing." They need to say this up front instead of wasting people's time. It takes time to install this and they should say upfront what the customer is going to get for his investment in time instead of essentially running a scam where customers have to decide whether they are in for a penny or in for a pound.

UPDATE - the company contacted me after seeing this review and changed their mind and has now refunded my purchase in full. Thanks. ---- It didn't work to fix the software issue with my iphone 12 pro max. I was stuck in the "restore" screen and phone wouldn't change despite several reboots. I bought and tried Dr.Fone unsuccessfully and then I requested a refund within 24 hrs and was told I had a hardware issue when I clearly did NOT. I eventually went to the Apple store and they connected my phone to one of their laptops and I was out of the store within 45 mins and "SOFTWARE" problem fixed. Essentially they did exactly what Dr.Fone software claims to do but didn't work and the Apple store software was able to fix my issue and the phone works just fine now.....and they did it for FREE. Don't waste your money on this product, and they will not issue a refund when it doesn't work.

i wish i could give a negative star rating. this app forces you to pay for a monthly subscription to use their app functionality. i wouldn't mind if their functions were actually unique and not some services you could do for free using the iTunes program. customer support is as awfull as they come. my contact could not understand a single english word as needed to repeat the same things over and over and over again. he really got me pissed but after a lot of back and forward he eventually "initiated a refund process" as a "courtesy". DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS PROGRAM OR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE THEY PROVIDE AS THIS DAMN COMPANY IS A SCAM! charging people for free services, tsk.

I paid to have a Samsung A7 lite frp unlocked, it did not unlock it, i spoke to customer service and they told me i had to pay another 60+ $ to do it another way..I can not pay more as a senior citizen i can not afford it.
