Bad Customer Service Experience
Hello there, I do hope dummyticket.com could have a better customer service officer, especially handler that takes order on the WhatsApp. The handler seem to be incompetent for that position for the following reason(s): 1. Inability to communicate with clear and expressive English Language. 2. Inability to communicate professionally with clients. 3. Slow responses. All of the aforementioned could be a reason for visa refusal in connection with ingenuine or inappropraite flight ticket which could be quite painful. I hope all of the above are looked into so your organization will be in a better standing out there.

I’m really disappointed with this website — it feels like a scam. Before buying from them, I researched a lot about dummy tickets: how long they can be valid and how genuine they are. This company promised one thing but delivered something else. They claim tickets can be valid for 2–3 weeks, but in reality, the ticket I received was valid for only 2–3 days. Before ordering, I even asked the seller if it could last 1–2 weeks, and he told me “YES.” But once I paid, I only got a short-validity ticket. Thankfully, I figured this out before applying for my visa. I later found out that some airlines, like Pegasus Airlines and Turkish Airlines, actually provide fixed-price reservations that can last 2–3 weeks — and they are much cheaper and more reliable. ⚠️ My earlier review was removed because of wording, but I’ve rewritten it to make sure it follows the guidelines. I just want to share my genuine experience so others can avoid the same mistake. Please be careful — don’t waste your money.

Dear Loven We do have tickets that have validity for 21 days but you need to make sure that you choose the right option The ones that have 3 weeks validity is called Schengen Plus( for travel to the EU) and the e-ticket for visa option These services are valid for 21 days. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I needed my ticket for visa to book an appointment. I booked my ticket however I put the wrong date and emailed them stright after my order. They didn’t acknowledge my email and issued me a ticket. I couldn’t use that to get the visa appointment. I have been contacting them since 4 days. Which they say wait wait wait. I have been waiting 4 days for my ticket dates to be changed. Because I wanted tickets urgently I asked the person how long you will take to issue he said 1-2 hours it been whole day and no response. Because of the processing time of visa application I need the ticket at specific date They dont understand and dont answer the phones. If I could I would upload my chats and emails with them. Please find someone else they are least helpful. The UK number is also connected to someone who never answer. They only make money.

Visa Application Risk - Usable ticket and 'reservation'
I ordered a dummy flight ticket from dummyticket.com on 6 June 2025 for a visa application, and what I received was absolutely shocking. The "reservation" they sent looked like a broken webpage — barely formatted, with crucial information missing or incomplete. There were no airline logos, flight numbers, or proper headers. It looked more like a page that was still loading or corrupted rather than a professional reservation. No immigration officer or visa authority would accept this document. When I contacted customer service, they kept insisting that “it’s just a reservation,” but even as a reservation, it was laughably poor. There was no clear passenger information, no proper itinerary, and no indication of who issued the booking. It was basically a useless PDF file with minimal effort or credibility. I wish I could upload an image of the 'reservation' that was sent to me. It was completely shocking and completely unusable. For a service that charges $19 and claims to provide a “real reservation suitable for visa applications,” this was a complete scam. I now have to go through extra stress and expense because I relied on this for a time-sensitive visa. Do not trust this site. It’s misleading, unprofessional, and offers no real value. Strongly recommend others avoid it. I did read the reviews before making my choice, and it did have some 'good reviews' but I'm starting to question and wonder whether the good reviews are fake populated reviews. ABSOLUTE SCAM, and NO REFUND AT ALL.

Dear Natalie, You had contacted us on WhatsApp and we did send a proper reservation and we already shared screenshots from the airline website showing the reservation. The reservation was for Ms Shu Hua Chan from Denpasar to Kuala Lumpur This is a proper reservation that you received. Its is NOT a confirmed ticket but an oh hold booking that you have ordered. If the embassy is asking for a reservation or an itinerary then you can use this for visa. The reservation is also verifiable on the airline website. The screenshot from the airline website was shared with you on WhatsApp as well. On the other hand if the embassy is asking for a confirmed ticket then you need to use the one called e-ticket. The upgrade option is also avaialble to you by paying the difference There is no refund for dummy tickets once its processed. We do however allow changes on the dates 4 times free. You also have the option to upgrade to the e-ticket one incase the embassy is asking for it. Please be polite and courteous when dealing with the customer service agent so that we also can help you better. Word like "I hope you rot in hell" is totally uncalled for and inhibits us from carrying out our work. I will suggest you get in touch but please be polite so that we can assit you better.
