I ordered dummy tickets with a specific itinerary, but the tickets I received did not match the itinerary I requested. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and submitted multiple requests through the contact form on their website, but I have received no response. At this point, I am simply asking for a refund because the service I paid for was not delivered as requested. I was charged without any ticket
I was charged, received a receipt but never got any ticket after 30 minutes wait. The email provided does not exist. Needed to buy a new ticket with another provider.
