Professional Vet

Professional Vet, friendly and listened carefully to all issues. Then the advice was on point and clear. Even though the session was 10mins but all our concerns were addressed. The fastest, cheapest way to get all our pets needs and prescription. Highly recommended.

Dr Torabi Provides Excellent, Comprehensive Care

Dr. Torabi provided excellent, comprehensive care to our senior dog, Duke. He observed Duke through cell phone video and ordered specimen tests and a thorough treatment plan with follow-up advice. Dr. Torabi also discussed and renewed Duke's regular prescriptions. The visit was pleasant and exceeded our hopes for a fast, efficient visit to treat Duke and improve his chronic ear and skin problems.

Dutch Vet is such an amazing idea and…

Dutch Vet is such an amazing idea and service! I had surgery and was not mobile for over a year. This business model allowed me to care for my pets’ basics without leaving my home, while maintaining the professional service I needed. The vets and the service team are fantastic! Dr Prince ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience with Dutch overall, but Dr. Prince has truly made the service stand out for me. I saw a few different doctors before finding her, and she is by far the best doctor I’ve worked with on the Dutch app. Dr. Prince is wonderful—caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to help. She makes you feel like your pet’s health actually matters, and that kind of care is exactly what I was hoping for when I signed up for Dutch. In my opinion, Dr. Prince alone makes the Dutch membership worth it. I also highly recommend paying for the full year instead of going month-to-month because the yearly membership is an excellent value. If you’re already using Dutch or thinking about signing up, I highly recommend looking for Dr. Prince and requesting her if you can. She has absolutely earned my trust, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Faster and easier than my local vet

Easy to get a fast appointment with the same Vet that we had for a previous issue. So much easier than taking our 100lb dog to our local vet, who is afraid of our dog. Easy to get prescriptions fast, sent to a local pharmacy. Dr. Chestnut is the best!

24hr appointments is misleading,long…

24hr appointments is misleading,long wait times to get an appointment scheduled as well as no vet appointments are available’24/7’. All the advertising relies on ‘play on words’. Vet was amazing, unfortunately you cant select the same vet for additional appointments for additional pets. Have asked through the app multiple times and continue to get the same ‘canned’ response from what appears to be AI.

First Video Visit and it was Great

Easy to get the video visit with Dr when needed. Was given all information needed. Treatment and medications were fully explained. Felt I was listened to. They are a great alternative when my local vet is closed or for simple things. Very impressed. This will be great when I’m traveling.
