I do not recommend Dutch Veterinary Services. My experience has been extremely frustrating. My dog needed a prescription for cefpodoxime 100 milligrams, and despite multiple phone calls, emails, and messages, I couldn't get a timely response. When your pet needs medication, delays like this are unacceptable. I expected much better communication and customer service, especially from a company that provides veterinary care. Based on my experience, I can't recommend the service and I'm seriously considering canceling my membership. I hope they improve response times and communication so other pet owners don't go through the same thing.

The doctor was great, she deserves 5 stars. The glitch making her unable to send my dogs prescription, however, is not great. My dog has been so itchy and we've waited til our appt time just to have to wait even longer on getting a scrip sent. If it isn't sent by today I may just ask for a refund on my membership and take her to an actual vet. She is miserable.

Absolutely loved the vet Dr. Prince! Quick and easy, she was concerned and looked in detail at my dogs hot spot. Prescribed Exactly what i felt was needed to heal the spot quickly! Will be requesting this vet regularly!! And the price was absolutely better than our local regular vet as i live in rural farming area. I got a appointment quickly (same day). Very Happy with my decision to use Dutch!

Wonderful Service that fills a non-urgent void in local veterinary care. Veterinarian was amazing ! She was kind, caring, knowledgeable and did not rush the visit! I love this service!!!!

Dutch is fantastic! I have 3 dogs and taking them to the vet for things like anxiety, allergies or diarrhea would cost me 1000s a year. Dutch allows up to 5 pets on one account and their pharmacy pricing is very competitive, so there is no need to ask for the prescriptions to be sent to your local pharmacy. I did try one other telemedicine site for dogs but didn't keep the trial membership. With Dutch, you will not be disappointed! Also Saturday online appointments and their vets are awesome .

I tried one call and was mollified by this "visit" and am experiencing ptsd from the experience. My dog got sicker, and the whole set up is basically a pill mill, distributors of over priced medication The dutch app is useless and impossible to navigate. Can I give them zero stars? I want my money back. How many ways can I spell USELESS.

A really valuable resource for pet parents
We have used Dutch for about two years now and every time they are so helpful! When you have worries about your pets, but can't get in to their local vet, or it's after hours or the weekend, they are really great!
