Dr.Barnes was kind, friendly, and seem to genuinely care how our pups were doing. Trying to juggle 3 dogs, 2 of which are 100+ lbs, is no easy feat especially with myself being disabled and when one of those big boys does NOT do well in a car. This was a breath of fresh air! The service paid for itself in saving all that travel gas money alone.

The Vet visit felt rushed, only 10minutes and had to talk fast to ask and have many questions answered. It seems they want to rush you through and get your prescription so they can grossly overcharge you in their pharmacy, while not being transparent about what’s being sold to you in the cart. You can’t open up the item and see photos about the prescriptions and it doesn’t tell you the quantity you are buying only “one month” or “six month” supply making you have to do the math on the dosage. Save your money, this isn’t a convenient service like I’d hoped. I thought I would receive a prescription and easily buy from another online pharmacy. Instead they funnel you to their pharmacy where they are not transparent and overcharge and then make it difficult to buy from anywhere else. You have to email them and wait a day for a response and then learn you have to jump through hoops to have it approved. Not worth the aggravation, and it’s a shame because I was hoping this would be a good alternative to ordinary vet visits.

Great for the low price. Very competent vets. Great follow up from the vet following the appointment. All records are in 1 place and easy to view for each pet. If your pet has anxiety or aggression like a few of my rescues, this is a lifesaver. I no longer have to muzzle my dog, get someone to go to help and sit in a waiting room with a terrified dog. We simply show the vet pics and live stream of our dog from the convenience of our living room. I cant recommend this service enough.

I did the 10 min consult and got a prescription for my dog that was fine. they are very expensive on the medications so i placed the order with Chewy. Chewy sent the request for the prescription over electronically 2 times called 2 times nothing. They make money on the elevated prescription prices so they really dont want to allow another pharmacy to fulfil it. 2 hours of phone calls later i finally got them to send the prescription. they added i would have to do this for every occasion. not workable for me every time my dog need ssomehting
