My dog is irrationally anxious about going to the vet in person, so I am over the moon about being able to handle his routine healthcare virtually! The visit with Dr. Andre was a fantastic experience. She was kind, thorough, clear in her explanations, and clearly loves animals based on how she talked to my dog Sam during the call. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the appointment was completed in less than 20 minutes from start to finish.. No check in/ check out hassles, no waiting room, no fuss, just a completely efficient experience! In the past, vet visits took a good couple of hours out of my day, and it was extremely stressful for my anxious boy Sam too. Also, I had the appointment summary and treatment plan in my inbox within an hour of completing the appointment. WOW. All around, this is the way to go! Highly recommend!

So far the Vets I've worked with have been clear, professional and thorough. This service is great for non emergencies but still need some type of advice or treatment. Or even startup treatment until youre able to get in for an in person visit.

Dutch is honestly probably one of the best investments i’ve made for my fur babies. I can get an appointment within 24 hours or same day. Every single vet dr that i’ve booked an appointment with really cares about their job — super friendly and easy to understand.
