Would not recommend buy the anvil or temptest instead

i bought the hyperdyn and the capsules only go in the tip by force and your "support" tells me i should use the condenser to get em out. what a joke every smoke i have to disassemble the unit? really? how you think the o-rings like disassmbling everytime. you send another tip wich is even worse. my hope that the support will fix it is 0%

Customer service has been awesome. I have really liked she shopping experience. The quality of the design and the construction is impeccable. I received a non-clicking cap and they shipped a new one.

After 4-5? yrs using this TED… just getting the hang of it!! I am not a daily user OF this new medicine. This my only chosen method to medically vape CBD, recently THC and now some “tumble ball” with the dyna-coil! I enjoy color and texture on my hand holding the dynavape! Thanks for getting there!!! The SS /chrome is not a color for me..,

They don't fit in the hyperdyn tip I bought, they get stuck and are impossible to remove, spending 170 euros for this company and receiving defective items is a disgrace, I will think a thousand times before buying something from you again.In addition, the tip that I thought would save me material after 2 clicks is already completely burned and double the material is needed. Non entrano nella punta hyperdyn che ho comprato, si incastrano e sono impossibili da rimuovere, spendere 170 euro per questa azienda e ricevere oggetti difettosi é una vergogna, ci penserò mille volte prima di riacquistare qualcosa da voi. In più la punta che pensavo mi facesse risparmiare materiale dopo 2 click già é completamente bruciata e c'è ne va il doppio del materiale.
