10/10 recommend this company! I bought a quartz and a ceramic nectar collector tip. The quality is exceptional. I wasn't expecting them to be so durable and well made for $5.99!! They also offer an upgrade of $1.99 or I think $5.99. I picked a $1.99 upgrade and I got a cute silicone bowl. Will definitely be returning for more goodies later. Also, shipping is fast. I live in VA, it was shipped from Washington State and received them in 4 days. Check them out!
Your team are straight shooters and always treat me as an important customer and that's why you will succeed in life and be successful with your business
I really only buy lookah seahorse coils from this site, but I love the prices and they mystery accessory option. However, the shipping is not great. My latest order was 2 days late (making 9 days in transit), and took 3 business days to actually be shipped once I ordered.
There was a mistake made with my order. I sent an email on a day the business is closed and received and answered pretty quickly that day! Anyways long story short, they did everything they could to fix it as quickly as possible and I was left happy 😁
It's hard to find the particular object I ordered, but Smoking Outlet provides many options for those hard to find smoking implements, and delivery is fast!
Beyond all expectations. Packing was wonderful. Surprise gifts were well worth the money.
Order came quickly and was exactly what I ordered.
Good delivery time. Exact product as describe
I received exactly what I ordered in less than a week. Excellent service. I love my bear vape battery. A friend ordered a few things from you as well, after seeing my purchase. Thank you,
THE BEST ONLINE SMOKE SHOP HANDS DOWN 🙌 customer service, prices, quality and selection are ALL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing people and service! I recommend it to ALL my smoker friends!!
Beautiful piece!! Very thick glass, etching is very nicely done. Shipping was very impressive, very tightly packed and safe!
They got my order delivered Inna decent amount of time and on the first try
Everything about the order went well and I love the products
My order came in fast and efficiently. All of the items came in perfect.
Shipped super fast and I can tell it will last for a very long time - will be purchasing again soon!
Shipping is awful. I haven’t received my package yet and I have watched it being processed 15 miles away and now it’s still in transit and being sent down south from where I live. Don’t know if I will ever get it or if it will just continue to ride around the state of Florida.
It leaks from the top part with the water. Leaked all over my desk! One use and when I returned the next day the water was gone from the top part! I sent email to support for guidance.
