The customers service is outstanding. The quality of viewing is excellent and everything is easy to navigate. I was also apprehensive about bitcoin but, with a bit of guidance, the process went seamlessly. Good for another year of reliable viewing.
Game-Changer! How EagleCast Knocked It Out of the Park After Years of Cable Cuts and Curveballs!!!! As a resident of the Midwest and an avid MLB fan, watching my favorite team play every game is a top priority. For over three years, I was a customer of a prominent Midwest-based competitor, but the experience was a continuous series of disappointments. Since signing up in 2023, that provider consistently struggled to deliver a proper streaming signal for MLB games, forcing me to purchase additional services just to watch baseball. Despite having high-speed satellite internet—which should easily handle high-definition streaming—their platform buffered constantly. The final straw came exactly 72 hours ago on June 4, 2026, when the competitor's service dropped completely. To make matters worse, corporate support waited nearly 48 hours to communicate with customers via email. Their communication was, frankly, abysmal. When I requested a refund for the lost service time, my request went unanswered. Frustrated, my wife and I turned to social media to see what other options were out there, which is how we discovered EagleCast. Making the switch has been an absolute joy. In our first 48 hours with EagleCast, the system has not dropped a single time. There is zero buffering, and the channel guide is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. While I am still navigating all of their features, I am thoroughly impressed so far. Potential customers should note that EagleCast processes payments exclusively through Bitcoin. As someone who is highly tech-savvy but had never used cryptocurrency for a purchase, I was initially a bit nervous. However, their onboarding team completely removed the stress. I want to highly commend Customer Support Representative Gabriel and Customer Support Manager Michael. Both went above and beyond, guiding me step-by-step through the setup and payment process with absolute professionalism. I sincerely hope the ownership of EagleCast recognizes both Gabriel and Michael for their exceptional leadership and dedication to customer success. To top it all off, the value is unbeatable. Where else can you find top-quality TV service for just $120 for two full years? I searched extensively across the internet and found nothing that even comes close to this rate. If you are currently utilizing another service provider in the Midwest and are tired of constant buffering and poor communication, do yourself a huge favor and switch to EagleCast. You truly have nothing to lose and a phenomenal viewing experience to gain!

I was having a problem renewing my EagleCast tv service, since they have now switched to payment through Bitcoin, I was not familiar with Bitcoin and needed help I sent a text asking for assistance, customer support responded promptly and walked me through the process. I must say that every time I needed to contact customer support for various reasons they have responded promptly, they are awesome.
Omg Eaglecast is the best I used a lot of streaming services , but this one is the best one I used so far I’m staying , great customer service, I have a question they are there, love these guys .
Great Customer Service. Top notch channel quality. Always adding new tv shows and seasons of original series from Netflix, Apple TV, HBO Max, Paramount, etc. No need to subscribe to those major streaming service. Save your money.
This has got to be the best IPTV service around 3 connections for $14...I had others IPTV some of them weren't too bad little buffering here and there but eagle cast TV I never had a issue and I been using eagle cast TV for almost a year now... I recommend the service.
I love this provider...but I WILL NOT HAVE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS SWITCHED TO BITCOIN PAY ONLY! Is this now a scam?? Ive had this service for a long time and now they changed their payment options...they only have one option and thats bitcoin...untraceable currency. Hmmm...nope! You'll buy it and then they'll disappear without giving you service or something and keeping your bitcoin...one day your bitcoin payment will be worth more than your car lol

Would give 10 stars so far if I could! Gabriel hung with me over a two-day period. Love the live chat! The apk is great as well. Only first day, and if anything changes, I will come back here to let you know, but right now...They are a solid 10 with kudos to Gabriel!

10 stars! The customer service is incredible! Responses within minutes, every time! The tv service is excellent. Large selection of channels and movies. Fast loading. Customizable EPG. Have used other services, this one by far has the best customer service. Paying with bitcoin is not my preferred method, but hey walked me through the process, and made it painless.
I am happy with the service but will not renew because of one issue.The EPG will simply not update.Every time I turn it on,all of the channels say "no information".Then I try to update the EPG and it just spins and spins. I have never had this issue with any other IPTV service. I have currently been waiting over 40 minutes and it still has not updated. All of the steps they keep telling me to try are not working. It's frustrating because having a working EPG, that updates quickly, is a non negotiable for me.Any suggestions?
EPG issue is no present or was not reproduced in any of our tests. Therefore we suggest you to Uninstall app and reinstall and Login once again, also you can do a Clear Data, it should be okay. Until recently, I enjoyed using EagleCast TV. The customer support was quick to respond and quick to resolve issues. There were very few issues with latency or buffering. However, when I went to renew, I was told I had to pay in BTC, and only BTC. No other option was available. I was told this had to do with chargebacks and fraudulent card usage. Like others, I was told this was easy to do. Well, EagleCast, I am a consumer. It was easy to simply use my card to renew. Telling me that I had to do even more work to arrange payment by setting up 3rd Party Accounts to buy BTC, and then have to "pay" via an invoice to pay you, is not what a consumer wants to hear or due. It is easier to simply go find another provider.

I was initially put off by only being able to only pay with bitcoin. I did, however, recover on that point after trying another service that was disastrous from the first moment I emailed them. One of the many amazing features of EagleCast is that you get 3 connections, so I can watch it on my tv and have it going on my iPad and phone as well. Their customer service is also the best I’ve ever experienced. They respond with lightening speed for technical navigation assistance, and platform questions. So they are the main reason I’m a customer today.

I have tried many services in the past 6-7 years. I am glad I stumbled upon eaglecast because they respond quickest to customer service, have great quality in viewing content, and great quality in viewing higher definition. The app is easy to setup and easy to navigate- including the mobile app they recommend for iPhone and android. Pricing is on par with the quality- and for 2 year service package you can’t beat it. Highly highly recommend!
