100% agree with Tommy Wong. Utilized a trial period. Was highly impressed and liked the service and wanted to move forward with a subscription, but alas credit card 'not working". I too do not want to utilize bitcoin and pay additional fees (assuming there would be fees). Was initially told by customer service to check back in a couple of days. I've now been checking back for many weeks. Website still clearly states credit cards are an accepted payment form. Customer service is engaged and responsive. But apparently only offering service to people using bitcoin. Very disappointing.

I did a trial run and most of everything seems find. Their team is quick to response but some of their solutions just out in the left field. Few channels (not essential) buffered that didn't get fix during testing.
My biggest issue with Eaglecast.tv is that they asked for payment in bitcoin which Im not a fan of. Their excuse was that their payment system went down. After several days, they had no idea when it will be backup. Major disappointment.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Crypto is not a bad option either adds more privacy to your online transactions. We are working on getting back the Credit Card Processing, but we cannot guarantee of a payment method very fast.

Chick-fil-A of the streaming world
Eaglecast TV customer service is the Chick-fil-A of the streaming world. I couldn't believe the streaming is steps above the last 8 or so streaming platforms I paid for. Like the geico commercial... I just saved a bunch of money on my cable bill by switching to Eaglecast

Everything was easy to setup
Everything was easy to setup. Very quick customer service through chat and very helpful. I switched from a different provider because I liked their setup.
Blazing quick service & help. Best EPG, noting premiers or season/episode number & seldom “no info”. Doesn’t have my area locals or a couple favorites, but I’m getting hardly any buffering and above average channels in 1080p, which is much better & fair trade off. I’ve tried many over the years and this one of the best. Hope this site stays around, as I will be sticking with them.

Very stable service
So far this service has been the most stable with minimal buffering and minimal temporary channel loss. Customer support is very helpful and answers quickly through the chat portal. There is a huge channel selection with plenty of 24/7 channels

The local NBC station buffered first half
The local NBC station buffered the whole first half of the Super Bowl. I watched the TPUSA halftime show and tried NBC again and the game was available then.
Got the reply from you guys and my response was tainted by my previous service provider. They never gave me any options. I’m still getting used to your platform. I’ll know my options better next time. Thanks for providing a great service.

There were several SuperBowl options- literally 20+ options in the dedicated NFL section, also support was there to guide you if you faced any issues. It's a loss that you faced buffers during game. Please try to reach out support next time or try to browse the Dedicated Sections specially made for game events.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME
It was little of a pain for me to setup. I had another streaming service on my firestick and NordVPN was jacking it up. But tech support got me 💯 figured out. Very good tech support. The quality of the service is EXCELLENT. My other streaming service locked up, skipped, have the stations didn’t work and I think English was their tech supports 2nd or 3rd language. This one ROCKS!!! I even think the picture quality is better!
EagleCast is more than worth the price. They offer a buffer free experience with a list of channels, shows and movies not found from any other provider. Their support is 24/7 where they are extremely courteous, patient and knowledgeable. They solve any problems that arrive and answer.

I'm a brand new 3 day old customer
I'm a brand new 3 day old customer. Had initial problems setting up the service (self induced) but once I got going, was very impressed. I was blown away how responsive and fast their customer service is at helping solve problems. You (I) don't see service like this anywhere anymore. I had some problems with my onn operating system, thought Eaglecast was the problem at first. Turns out it wasn't them...it was my onn went completely haywire. Switched back to firestick and I have to say Eaglecast is operating smooth & flawless. I've gone thru a lot of IPTV providers. I'm hoping Eaglecast will be different.
I'm going to start out by saying this site is awesome. I haven't been with them very long but I assure you that they go above and beyond to help with every issue but the service is excellent to. The only issues I've been having is that I can't decide on what device I am going to use and I keep forgetting to write down my account information. But every time I go to their website and hit the little chat box they respond immediately.
