You have to go through hoops to buy a subscription. You have to first buy BTC with your Venmo or whatever approved method they list. YOU HAVE TO BUY AT LEAST A YEAR'S SUBSCRIPTION - because they have a $100 minimum.
Of course you learn this after you give them all your information. This is deceitful. What kind of people run this company?

Venmo limit of minimum transaction is not set by us, if you chose venmo to make the payment you were notified before making any purchase. Also you did not attempt to make any purchases and never did try anything. Your review is not based on actual experience rather assumptions.

I completed the free trial which was simple enough to install. We are very satisfied with how the app has functioned over the trial period. We are extending the service for the year. I have been using Eaglecast service for several months, and have had nothing but a positive, great experience. The customer service has been beyond fast and always responds to any questions or needs immediately. I switched from a different hosting site and have had zero lagging with the service. I highly recommend.

I believe I finally found it
I believe I finally found it, the BEST IPTV out there! Yea, paying with btc was not ideal for me, but definitely worth it! No buffering, all the channels I want (and more), and tons of VOD! Easy to setup, great epg, and fantastic customer service second to NONE! Here's to a long lasting relationship.
EagleCast customer service chat has been amazingly helpful and patient. I HATE that you can only pay with Bitcoin but the service and connection make it worth it.
I would definitely recommend this service.

I've only been a customer since January 20, 2026, but I am happy with the Eaglecast system. I have to restart the system regularly, but it only takes a moment. I like the pricing as I was paying $165 per month with Dish Network. And I like the over 7,000 network TV stations that are available with Eaglecast, I already talked my son to subscribe to Eaglecast. I also like the fact that they are always striving to add new features, like the DVR. Bill Agnew

Really really disappointed that you’ve changed your payment options to crypto only
I don’t use crypto and never will, I understand you doing this because of scumbag freeloaders but Im a pre-existing customer or shall I say I WAS a pre-existing customer, why can’t you allow customers that have proven that they pay and don’t scam you to carry on paying with bank card surly you can allow this.
So frustrating that I’ve now got to go and find another IPTV service
I sincerely hope you do change your policy or at least allow existing customers to pay by card, I will keep eye out on your telegram to see if payment options update in future ( hopefully next couple of days and I’ll be back on a 12 month sub)

Terrific product and support.
The customer support is great - fast, responsive, knowledgeable.
The product is fantastic. Really nice interface, brilliant picture, content seems unlimited, effectively no buffering.
I was a little intimidated by the Bitcoin only payment but as I learned about it was not a big deal.
We are completing our trial month and have been extremely happy with the service, programming and support but will not be extending our service as I am being told EagleCast will no longer accept credit cards and I am not comfortable w/ crypto payments. Thank you anyway.

I purchased a 2year service and had it for a little over a month and I have to say it has been absolutely great!!! I have 4 tv’s hooked put and have little to no buffering
Their customer service is the best to work with. Responses are quick and helpful even with local channels in your area. I would recommend their service to anyone A+ team
The service has been great to use! I just extended my sub. And, the live support is excellent. Always helpful and patience with my questions. The one thing I really like is that I don't have to download a playlist to use it. Just log in once and it's good to go. Highly recommend!

IT'S NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!
For me, this Eagle Cast TV app isn't working the way it's supposed to. Most of the channels (85%) within the app won't load, it only offers between less than 10 channels from other countries (depending from which country you want to see), and even most of those channels don't work. The app crashes constantly, you can't search for a TV series or movie because it keeps saying the content isn't available even when you know for a fact that the title and movie/series is listed in the app. And it’s not a matter of my internet speed or the area where I live cuss me and my brother live in two different cities in California, and this also happens to him. My internet connection is 1 Gbps, and all my other apps work perfectly fine. This is a terrible service, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

We don't think you are reviewing the correct original EagleCast TV. If you got some other eagle named tv service kindly find a channel to review them. Our service comes with guaranteed uptime and reliability, also with a refund policy. If your service provider refused refund that's not us.

A top 5 streaming service…
What I like most about EagleCast is the quick replies from customer service. Just recently they cleared up a concern I had regarding my account although it took a 3rd response to actually answer my questions. Overall, at this time the streaming service is one of the better ones out there. If you're not happy with your current provider give EagleCast a try

Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. I've had no issue with this service at all. Granted only been using for a month or so. Very little to any buffering at all. Customer service is exceptional. Have an issue, open their website, the correct one, did come across a few who use the same name basically, do the online chat, and issues are resolved rather quickly. The only thing I really don't like is you have to use crypto for now. Overall, definitely would recommend a trial....
