There were issues with my Air Pods controls not working. I do not know if it was the molds or something with the size and shape of my ears. They were incredibly responsive and remade the molds twice to get it perfect!
Good delivery time. I somehow have tiny ear holes and the smallest size rubber tips for AirPod pros would not stay in my ears but the memory foam small size does.

This is my 4th time having Eartunes make custom fit ear tip for my IEM's, this time for my HiSenior Mega 7's, and again, superb craftsmanship and quality. Just like with the ear tips for my other 3 IEM's, the fit and the seal are perfect, making outside noise vitually undectable, and further enhancing the sound quality. They have made my low-budget IEM's in to high end performers, and my high-end IEM's to stellar performers. Just can not recommend Eartunes enough.

These are so soft. I wouldn’t say they are more noise canceling than the regular tips, but my ears don’t get sore anymore. I’m usually a medium, so maybe if I got a large it would fill my ear more? But these are good, remind me of old Skull Candies.

This is my second pair of custom molds for my AirPod Pros (dogs got ahold of the first set and chewed to pieces). This time the process even better than the first. They kept my impressions on file, were quick to ask some simple questions I forgot to answer, and got them to me in about 4 weeks (which is what I expected). The first pair they had to remake for me because the side ripped a hole because the materials were too thin (no cost), and this pair it doesn’t appear that will be an issue.

I really like the fit and the sound is great now the only thing I don’t like is sometimes it’s hard to get them in and out without the AirPod coming off of the ear thing
Thank you for the feedback Scott, If haven't already, please try inserting the custom tips first in your ears, then installing the AirPods Pro onto the custom tips. The mounting buckles can remain on the AirPods pro at all times to ease the process. We hope this helps! Best regards, Eartune

I’ve used their custom fit eartips for AirPod pros for several years. They are amazing. The fit allows you absolute security that nothing will fall out of your ears and also blacks out a tremendous amount of noise so the noise cancellation works even better. It also seems to improve the sound quality quite a bit. More importantly, they are really nice people and have helped me do some urgent orders when I needed to get items.

The custom airpods pro 3 tips have completely changed my life. I’ve never been able to comfortably wear any iems or earbuds without pain. These have completely changed that. I can wear these all day now. The sound is crazy awesome. I heard sounds in music i had never heard before. The bass sounds so much better and the noise cancelling actually works now. I love them so much. The only annoying thing is not being able to put these in the airpods pro 3 case. I carry the apple charging case and i have to carry the tips loose. The $20 carrying case i bought as well does not work for me. It’s think and chunky so its not easy to carry in a pocket. My airpods are a daily pocket carry so a case needs to fit those needs. I got the rush order for an extra $50 and i got the order in about a week.

I used the foam earbuds and when I attempted to change them, I had to remove them in pieces with tweezers. It was almost as if they had melted to my Airpods. I contacted the company with pictures, and they refunded my money in full. They indicated that they had never seen that happen before. So, happy with their quick response but unhappy that the foam earbuds did not work for me as my Airpods fall out of my ears regularly.

The fit and comfort of my the IEM's are what made the experience the best part! Very simple instructions to ship of molds once completed and then follow up correspondence was very consistent and quick.

Fit is perfect. I just wish I could hear better in the aqua earplugs. The description says “blocks water, Let’s sound in”, but it should read “blocks water, blocks sound TOO”.

My Samsung earbuds would not stay in place. My boyfriend led me to ear tunes and I have never looked back. Great quality. My sound is amazing now!!
