We are not the manufacturer. The reason we sell the cams separately is that, in many cases, the original cam can be reused with the new lock, which helps to save on unnecessary costs. We do make this information clear on the mailbox lock page of our website prior to purchase to help manage expectations. We also understand your frustration with the lock and cam not being compatible as expected.
