Signed up to first test the system to see if they would be a suitable replacement for the system i'm currently using, first attempt says undelivered second goes delivered with no text message shown on the recipient device, reached out to support to ask for assistance and all they keep saying is you have to make a payment to send your content. It was very obvious and clear that is the process, My goal is simply testing your system using the free 15 text messages to then see whether their system works as intended. even after clearly stating my intention is to first test and then purchase once confirmed working, The rep keeps sending the same message "You need to make a payment to send your content" So then what is the point of giving the 15 text messages is it not so users can test before implementation? Clearly a scam trying to coerce people into paying before even seeing actual results.
I used EasySendSms to send verification codes to German mobile numbers, and unfortunately I cannot recommend the service.
The main problem: a large proportion of the SMS messages never reached the recipients — yet the very same messages were shown as "DELIVERED" in the backend. This discrepancy between the reported status and the actual delivery makes the service unusable for any serious purpose. For verification codes in particular, where reliable delivery is essential, this is a dealbreaker.
I requested a refund as a result. To this day I have neither received the money back nor had any response from customer service. My messages simply go unanswered.
Bottom line: unreliable delivery, misleading delivery reports, and a support team you can't reach. I would advise against using this service.

Once we became aware of the issue, we processed the full 60 USD refund back to your PayPal account and deactivated the SMS account as requested.
Regarding the delivery status, SMS delivery reports are based on the DLR status received from the telecom route/operator, and in some cases this may not represent handset-level receipt. We understand this is especially important for verification-code traffic, and we regret that the service did not meet your expectations for German mobile numbers.

This website is a scam, I tried to send multiple SMS to me, my friend, they allow you to send 15 free SMS to check they are legit. After receiving them you feel safe, so you top up balance and then, SMS never arrives to anyone anymore even if showing up as "delivered". I tried to contact them in multiple ways, chat support, WhatsApp support, I opened ticket but for a week no reply. Somehow, before they found out I'm contacting about that issue, they were replying in minutes. So don't expect anyone to help you there, give any refund, they will only run away with money.

This has become a scam service.
I used their services about 5 years ago, or a long time ago, they were fine.
I tried using their services again in 2025: none of the SMS actually delivered, their delivery rate statistics are deliberately false.
I got zero clicks on the link in the SMS.
It is statistically impossible for there to be 0 clicks.
I contacted support, in response they accused me of spam without any proof, suspended my account and stopped responding.
My money is stolen.
That said, it wasn't spamming at all, it was my personal customers giving me consent to be notified. I know my clients personally.
First of all — the service does not serve its function, and in the end steals users' money when they realize that the service does not work.

Not even a single SMS being sent, the service is absolute trash and support refuses to refund the money. They reasoning "you should have checked the coverage list" i already checked and countries am trying to send SMS is already supported based on coverage list. Trash and scam service. If you paid with paypal, request an chargeback.

Be careful with this service, it's a complete scam. No SMS messages are sent after a real deposit, and when you contact them via email or WhatsApp, they pretend not to understand the problem by asking for examples like the content of your SMS or the numbers. However, even their SMS export service doesn't work. They act as if they don't have access to an SMS account history, and so on, all just to avoid helping you. Avoid this service; the staff is disrespectful.

This does not work. Is a scam as other says. only a few of 30k messages were sended. Lost of money and time.
After 2 years they answered my opinion telling that they need more information. I logged in my account and I have more than 24k sms that I left unused because it did not worked for me. It had pass a lot of time and I discarded. Hope you can resolve situation for other customers. Before writing this review I contact support with no luck. Lot of messages did not arrived. As clearly shown in your own support history:
You were using the eco route, which is known to be non-guaranteed and lower reliability, especially for testing and marketing traffic
Our team explicitly advised you to switch to a premium route for better delivery
You were informed multiple times about sender ID restrictions, spam filtering, and telecom regulations
You were also asked to provide proper test data (numbers, content) for accurate investigation
At no point did you complete the required steps or allow proper testing to be finalized.
Additionally:
You were testing ported numbers and mixed operators, which can affect routing if not handled correctly
You mentioned traffic like Uber/WhatsApp-type content, which is typically filtered or restricted by operators
“Delivered but not received” is a known operator-level behavior, not a platform failure
Despite all this, you are now posting a negative review 2 years later, without reopening the case or allowing us to re-test under correct conditions.
This is not an accurate or fair representation of the service.
Your account is still active, and your balance remains. If you genuinely want to resolve this, we are ready to:
Re-test using premium routes
Validate sender ID compliance
Perform live delivery tests with your real numbers
Please provide 2–3 valid numbers and your exact message content, and we will test it live with you.
Otherwise, repeating outdated and unsupported claims will not lead to any resolution.
