Scam: No delivery, No refund, No support
This has become a scam service. I used their services about 5 years ago, or a long time ago, they were fine. I tried using their services again in 2025: none of the SMS actually delivered, their delivery rate statistics are deliberately false. I got zero clicks on the link in the SMS. It is statistically impossible for there to be 0 clicks. I contacted support, in response they accused me of spam without any proof, suspended my account and stopped responding. My money is stolen. That said, it wasn't spamming at all, it was my personal customers giving me consent to be notified. I know my clients personally. First of all — the service does not serve its function, and in the end steals users' money when they realize that the service does not work.
