Easy return fast shipping great service
We ordered a bunch of clothes for my daughter for school. Everything arrived quickly they had great sales. One of the items was too big on her so I had to return it. The return process was super simple and I was able to order the NX size down which was shipped out as soon as the return was initiated great service my daughter loves the clothes. .

Caveat: premium next day delivery shipping misleading
Paid for premium next day delivery. Order was revised to multiple days delivery without consent, notification and without refund. Customer service rep argued next day delivery can mean several days. Parcel not even passed to the courier. Final resolution was an insulting £2 credit note. Immature diction and thoughtless customer service solutions in the face of a mess up - leaving a very negative customer experience. No goodwill to maintain positive relations following their mistake and inferred that “feeling it’s late” doesn’t equate to the reality of the order actually being late. Could’ve been resolved easily and positively. Not the way to do things well.

Amazing service, super fast and really lovely product. I made another order straight away. I got the wrong size and how to return it. But it was really easy and amazing. I got a medium but needed a small so when it came I sent it back and there is an option for like a swap so I did that and it came within 2 days. Really reccomed for anyone who’s wanting clothes and hoodies since there such good quality and amazing fast company
