Placed an order for my daughter and first time we’ve used this Brand. One item was a white t-shirt quality was terrible and totally see through. Tried to set up a return only to be told there was a massive handling fee and I would only get £4 back. Total disgrace and will certainly not use again.

The clothes were made amazingly the material is so professional it shows. The shipping did take a bit for one specific package but once it arrived it was brought fully packaged no issues whatsoever not harmed the clothes were perfect. I’ve made 4 orders this specific one was 24 items and the price was extremely reasonable for the products.

I have placed probably around 15 orders with this company in the last 2 years. I am very careful to follow the size guide. Especially on tops you have to go by the size chart they have listed on every listing. I love love their wide leg jeans especially the Roman wide leg Jean. I think I'm up to four or five pairs and when they wear out I'm going to buy them again. I mostly purchase their cotton clothing. That being said, you have to follow the manufacturer's tag for washing instructions. I'm so tired of listening to people complain that their jeans/ sweatpants/ t shirts shrunk... because they did not follow the instructions plainly labeled on the tag! The tag in my jeans specifically says wash in cold dry on low. I follow the washing instructions and the color still looks vibrant and the fit is still perfect. This website has amazing sales, really cute, on Trend items, excellent customer service and super fast shipping. The one time I had a return that seemed to be delayed I reached out. They responded very quickly and fixed it immediately. I absolutely love this shop and would recommend it to anyone. Like I said, pay attention to the sizing chart!! In my experience the bottoms are true to size and the tops run slightly small.

I had received a notification that my package had been lost through the Veho shipping company. I emailed the Edikted team, and this company was very timely and professional when it came to responding to my email to get a refund/replace my order. In just a few short days I emailed back and forth with customer support reps that responded within if not before 24 hours of my emails. They made replacing my order a breeze and although I’ve placed many orders through Edikted this is the first that I have ever encountered a problem with the shipping, because of the great communication I received I will happily continue ordering from this business despite one shipping issue.

The fit is consistently great and so versatile, and even my friends who’ve borrowed pieces say the same thing. Their bags and accessories are beautifully made and hold up well, reliable quality that lasts. Shipping was fast, which made the whole experience even better. On top of all that, I love what the brand stands for. This is easily one of my favorite places to shop and it’s not at second place! I’ve ordered cute dresses. I’ve ordered amazing going out clothes amazing loungewear everything is just so versatile even my boyfriend said that he wanted to wear one of my edikted hoodies just because it was so versatile..
