I had an issue with the system telling me the order wasn’t complete but it pass twice in my account. They reply immediately after I send a email to ask help to cancelled one of the orders. Great and fast customer service!

Parcel was not delivered by evri as was "too large" and needed a specialist courier - it was one pair of joggers. Have contacted Evri and they are telling me the parcel is still on its way despite tracking now saying it's being returned to Edikted. Have tried 3 times to contact Edikted via email contact form over the past week and still have no response. Poor customer service. I have been charged for this item, where is my parcel?
