Information giv÷n initially was incorrect. The term of the loan and the factors that govern it was definitely not explained. My email address your guys were using was wrong so I wasn't getting emails
You have made banking a very personal one, which is how an organization should approach its customers. I was given access directly to my Loan advisor who contacted me on a daily basis for documents that is needed. They were very concerned about why I needed a loan and I appreciated it. I canceled all my other banks and will focus on EECU . It’s where I want to bank.

Customer First: My experience with EECU has been very refreshing in their candor & willingness to go the extra mile for their customer. The staff understands your needs & does all they can to help resolve and/or accomplish them. Overall, they spend more time with you than any bank I have worked with.

Great customer service by Stephanie Curry, Financial Mgr, Weatherford Branch; and by Jovita Piedra, Ft Worth Branch, Loan Specialist. Stephanie Curry was very kind and assisted me with changing all my account names to ensure smooth transactions. Jovita called several times to see how our search for a downsized home was going. Overall, I bank with EECU not for convenience, as I live 120 miles away, but for the outstanding customer service and EECU’s ability to give me great service and rates.
