I filed my W-2 on Jan 16th and I have…

I filed my W-2 on Jan 16th and I have not received an acceptance as of April 14th. This is totally unacceptable. In addition, I filed for an online 94X signature pin with the IRS to file a Form 941 in early February and have yet to receive the PIN as of the same date. There's something very wrong with this system or file formats.

Waiting can be very frustrating, and I'm sorry for that. Regarding the W-2 - we have seen the SSA taking a VERY long time to accept forms this year due to their staff and budget shortages. We have no control over how long it takes the agency to accept your form. We are in contact with our SSA liaison regularly and there is nothing wrong with our system. Regarding the 94X signature pin, the IRS processing window is typically 45 days but can be longer during the Q1 filing season. For questions about the Online Signature PIN, contact the IRS E-help Desk at 866-255-0654 between Monday–Friday 6:30 a.m.– 6 p.m. Central Time. We tried the number today and the recording said the wait time exceeded one hour. Again, we are sorry for your frustration but we can't make the federal agencies go faster or be more efficient.

Forms have been pending for over two…

Forms have been pending for over two months and they do not have a customer service line you can call. They are an “online and email” only company. Very poor customer service

We are sorry that you are disappointed. Your dashboard says the forms are submitted (not pending). The submitted status is because the Federal agencies (IRS and SSA) are accepting forms very slowly this tax season. That is out of our control and both agencies have experienced staff and budget cuts/shortages that have impacted their efficiency.
