Easy to use

Easy to use, fast, efficient. After using their system for years and with many 1099s sent—the only complaint I have is customer service. One of my ICs couldn’t access her 1099-NEC online nor did it ever get mailed to her. I contacted customer service and so did she, and everything looked the same on my end, so I’m not sure what the problem was.
