I spent $55 to fill out a Petition for Name Change and an Order for Name Change. They put both in one file. Turns out they need to be in two separate files and will be rejected if they're not. The files are not able to be separated with a PDF editing tool, and when I asked if they could do it or return my money, I was told they can't do it, can't refund my money, but a supervisor will get back to me in a couple of days. Before I could respond, they ended the chat. I'm out $55 from here and another $360 from eFile from my petition being rejected. Horrible customer service and horrible business. You'd think a virtual form business would know the requirements for virtual filing or at least make it easier to make adjustments. I paid $55 for a form I can't use.

My only complaint is that I was unable to cancel my account without assistance from Customer Service. I hit the cancel subscription button multiple times and each time all I got was pricing information. Your Customer Service personnel were very supportive and punctual.
