Great customer service experience. I requested a refund for the charge I received after the 7 day free trial. The rep explained that since I only used the service once in the trial period, he would issue me a full refund. No argument, nothing extra, just refund. Great job!

I needed a specific form from EForms. It created the form exactly as I needed. I haven’t really had a need to use it since. When the time came to renew, it got by me. My daughter is in the hospital and the renewal date got by me. EForms had no problem canceling my subscription and refunding my money immediately. I very much appreciated that.

It was so easy to find the form that I needed and download it. Unfortunately, I do not have enough reasons to use them enough to justify a subscription so I thought I had cancelled during the trial period. When eForms sent a confirmation of my plan, I realized that something was wrong and I must have not cancelled correctly. I contacted them and they immediately responded and gave me a refund. There was no hassle, just good, honest people. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs this service.
