I used the free 7-day trial and I used it for a few days and I was automatically billed afterward, but had the fortunate and surprising experience of being refunded my money when I contacted them!

Advertised as a free service. Spent 30 minutes filling out the form, click finish and THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU!!! They don't tell you about any free blank forms or that you will be charged prior to completing their forms. Google needs to remove them from FREE form services.

Your platform was relatively easy to use but I called after I used your site to confirm that I would not be charged for anything as I used the site only once It's difficult to trust sites to do the right thing I will be reviewing my credit card statement. If you have a business and need a resource providing a variety of products, it is excellent. For a single document, it can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate upon completing a document and make the $99 payment.
