Applied for an auto refi loan at the Windham location two weeks ago and have left 5 voicemail messages for the person I was dealing with and to date those messages have never been returned. Very poor customer service.

I have had great experience with them, but, I do have one large gripe, and that is the lack of atm locations in the Windham, Gorham, Westbrook area. There is 1 available atm and that is at the bank in North Windham. It would be nice to see some free ATMs be brought to Westbrook / Gorham area so you don't have to drive 20 - 30 min just to use a free ATM.

Evergreen Credit Union Service members have always greeted us with warmth and an eagerness to help. Today I worked with Rebecca Lanefski, her knowledge in business documentation and communication skills was excellent. Rebecca patiently allowed me to explain and was able to assess my newness/understanding so that she could ensure resolution to request. Rebecca was engaging, asked clear questions to gain needed information in a way that relieved my stress and helped educate me for the future.
