What people say

Good initially, poor after issue

Initially, the agent worked nicely with me… Until the first problem showed up. First sample that was supposed to be stainless steel with thicker PVD plating began rusting after contact with sweat (not even a few days) and got worse after one dip in the pool. So it wasn’t PVD, and it wasn’t a thick plating as paid and requested. Upon sharing the issue, the agent only gave me excuses from the manufacturer instead of owning up for the poor quality piece I received. Eventually she stopped responding my complaint.
