it is a shame that electric rates are (1) way to high, (2)that you cant give your lowest price for more than 6 months, (3) I can't believe that producing electricity is that complicated since the renewable sources are so reliable and wonderful. before all that, our electric rates were .03 -.06 per kilowatt hour, now they are 3-4 times that with renewable energy, not as great as its bragged up to be.
