My first order using this company I was very skeptical and was extremely surprised and impressed with the product and service .I was able to text Fiona with questions and responded within seconds. I did receive the Hermes bag in the Hermes storage box and dust cover ..excellent deal quality product I was so impressed I further ordered many other items for myself wife for our anniversary and her birthday so trust this company and also important to know they also accept Affirm payment made purchases easier . This experience has been amazing! Right from the start Lucy sent me texts/emails regarding my purchase. The customer service has been second to none! The quality and craftsmanship of my bag is incredible, the leather is luxurious. The magnetic box and dust bag it came in was the cherry on top! I ordered the LV Neverfull bag and LV Sarah wallet. Firstly, I agree with the other reviews commenting on the packaging. My items were shipped in a bag which I thought was odd to begin with because why would we fold up a purse to ship in a bag? Secondly, upon opening the bag there was an overwhelming smell of harsh chemicals. Both the bag and wallet smell awful. Thirdly, the bag quality is very poor. The “gold metal” pieces on the purse are just gold plastic and the clasp to shut the purse isn’t even real so you cannot use it. The handles also look very fake and brittle. I messaged customer service (and they have been very nice - only reason they are even getting the two stars at all) and while they have offered to send me a new item of my choosing - they are telling me I need to pay $150 for shipping. If I didn’t like the first item, why would I waste $150 more dollars on another? It seems quite impossible to get a refund or anything because then they also tell you to return something you have to pay $200 for shipment back to Hong Kong. Will not be purchasing from this company again.

However, if you are not comfortable with this, we are absolutely open to discussing and adjusting the solution to better suit your situation.
