Not only are the products beautiful but this company’s customer service is outstanding. I received emails and texts to keep me updated and the bag of my dreams was delivered via FedEx within 10 days ! Shipping fast. Leather very soft not typical LV. Straps to short for the size of bag, cannot wear on shoulder. Nice leather though. Will update after I see how returns go.

I am loving my new bag. I purchased a YSL beauty, and the quality is amazing! Some reviews states that orders take a while to come in. I placed my order on 3/2 and received it 3/16. I feel like the delivery time was reasonable. The company was in contact throughout those 2 weeks to keep me updated on my package. I was pleasantly surprised what excellent service that I received with this purchase. They were very wonderful about getting in touch with me . They kept me informed that the bag was being made . My experience - this is not like buying from Amazon despite it being Facebook advertise
This was my experience. To begin with, I got a Constance, and the H doesn’t work right so I couldn’t even open it. The Hermes box was torn up too in shipping. There was also delay in shipping. It took from 2/14 order to 3/21 to get the bag. I was told there was a delay and their factory was shut down for 10 days due to the lunar new year. I understand. I was offered a refund which I accepted. I was then offered a free gift if I didn’t cancel. I again asked for a refund. Finally, they offered to let me select the gift, and I relented and did not cancel. The gift I selected was a Fendi wallet bag. That item was fine - no issues. Both finally show over a month later, and I can’t even get the H bag open. I even watched a YouTube video because I thought it was me. I then watched their video. After some back and forth, we did agree that they will provide me another Hermes bag without the H lock (which I requested) and it was too expensive to send the original one back.

I absolutely love this company. I have bought at least six or seven items and I have never been disappointed ever I actually bought Louboutin tennis shoes and I bought it at Chinese New Year’s. They were in contact with me the entire time telling me that things slow down because of the New Year’s, but they kept in touch the whole time to let me know when exactly I would receive the tennis shoes and even gave me a special little gift to say thank you for the wait time that I was enduring. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They’re honest they keep you informed every step of the way and the quality of their merchandises first class absolutely love them and will continue using them as long as I need to, but with quality like this, you don’t need to you just want to.

The bag I ordered is absolutely stunning. The quality is amazing and the color is just perfect. I have an LV duffle bag that matches it and I didn’t realize it at the time lol 🤣Wasn’t planning on it actually coming in an LV box and dust bag! It’s even more gorgeous in person! I placed an order for a LV purse, a Prada purse and Prada sneaker and while I patiently waited for these items, the customer service provided was unexpected and most welcomed. I was contacted with images of each of my items to ensure I was please with the product before shipment. Once all of the items were ready, I was alerted of the shipment which arrived just before Valentines day as I hoped. The courtesy provided with me during my check-ins on the status was above and beyond expectations.
