I've ordered 3 bags from Elegous and each one is absolutely beautiful and perfectly constructed. When one of the bags I ordered wasn't available due to material shortage, customer service offered for me to select a different bag, and included a beautiful scarf with my order to make up for the change. Shipping was safe, secure and timely. Customer service is excellent! They were so kind and friendly, and they communicated with me via text about my orders and delivery. I have bought many, many bags from Elegous, and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about them! Even when a pair of shoes we purchased did not fit (nothing that was their fault, just differences in sizing!) they went above and beyond making sure that not only were we able to solve the issue (DESPITE THEM NOT BEING AT FAULT!!), but they went over the top making sure everything was absolutely perfect. Every purchase I have made, Rory has communicated every step, texting me when the product arrives to them, letting me know when it ships out, and keeping me updated every step of the way all the way to delivery. They send tracking numbers, but I haven’t even needed to check the numbers because they communicate so thoughtfully!

I’d give zero stars if I could. For $300 it wasn’t even a decent fake. I chose a suede bag since suede is easier to dupe but it looks like something from the dollar store! DO NOT BUY.

I cannot compliment their customer service enough. They're responsive and attentive to your needs. I wasn't happy with the bag I received. Upon reaching out, I immediately received a response. Eventually, I found a bag to replace the one I was unhappy with. I was sent pictures of the bag before it was shipped. Upon receiving the bag, I was thrilled. It's beautiful and well made (unlike the first bag).
