We are confident in the functionality and quality of our theme. However, due to the highly affordable price of our $20 store offer, we are unable to provide individual theme support for every customer. This level of support would require extensive time and resources from our team. We aim to make our stores as accessible as possible, which is why we offer them at such a low cost, and this does not include individual support. That being said, we understand the importance of support and assistance, which is why we offer additional help and training through our optional Ecom Club. Joining the Ecom Club does require an additional fee, but it gives members access to more extensive support and resources to ensure their success. We appreciate your understanding and are here to ensure that all our customers have a positive experience with their online store.
