**DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS REAL ESTATE SEMINAR**
I am writing to express my strong disappointment and frustration with the Baltimore real estate seminar. I honestly feel like I wasted almost **$500 between the seminar, hotel, and expenses**, not to mention two days of my time that I will never get back.
The first inspirational speakers is where they got me there were amazing speakers and of course I gladly paid for it then they hook us up with trading and real estate classes ,that is fine the speaker was a very good one i said to myself thinking more of the same ..WRONG
So I went there with high hopes to find an absurd crowd , I spent the first and half of the second day listening to **one UNBERABLE speaker talk for hours and hours**, extremely fast, jumping from confusing numbers to stories about his family, his personal life, life insurance, and jokes that had absolutely nothing to do with why I was there.I do not need to see the pictures of your daughter and wife for one hour ?

I stayed the entire first day because I thought, *OK, maybe this is the introduction. Maybe tomorrow we actually learn real estate.
WRONG.
I came back the second day and it was the SAME THING. At that point, I packed up and LEFT. I was not going to waste a third day.
The speaker was incredibly difficult to follow. There was no clear structure, no proper teaching methodology, and no time to actually absorb the information. Many people around me looked completely LOST. Speaking for hours, vomiting numbers and playing old youtube videos at an audience is NOT teaching.
And then came the part that really upset me.
People were being pulled aside to have conversations about **how much money or available credit they had. When we spoke with **Zack Khatibi from the funding side, we specifically asked about a **hard-money loan**. Instead of discussing hard-money financing, the conversation turned to 0% credit cards and managing available credit.
Are you kidding me? I am a REALTOR AND INVESTOR
I came to learn **REAL ESTATE INVESTING AND REAL ESTATE FINANCING**, not how to use credit cards!
If you are charging people money for real estate education, then TEACH REAL ESTATE. Teach people how to analyze deals, understand financing, calculate ARV, rehab costs, profits and risk. Don't make people sit for hours trying to decipher a nonstop stream of numbers, personal stories and unrelated information.
I gave this seminar a fair chance. **I stayed the entire first day. I came back the second day. And I finally walked out.**

For me, it was a complete waste of time and money. I absolutely would NOT recommend this seminar.
BEWARE - 3 day sales pitch for $37k. The two classes offered after the event are nothing more than a timeshare sales pitch essentially. The sell you on another $19k - $37k package before you actually learn anything meanwhile playing on the emotional side of how important it is to have income all while backing it up with scripture. Extremely disappointing.
Life Surge will give you a whole new perspective on the Christian life and how we, as everyday, common Christians can make a greater impact on kingdom work. Life Surge shows us how everyday people just like us are making huge impacts using the God given talents that each of us already possess. It shows us each and everyone of us has some kind of God given talent we can use to help others; we just have to be willing to answer that still, small voice God is calling us with to be available to be used for His glory.
I felt very manipulated by how Life Surge presented this class for 99.00. It was not a class that prioritized education but more of a sales pitch to purchase their future classes.
I attended the event in Charleston and it was great until James Smith opened his mouth. We were warned to “suck it up buttercup” by the MC but the un-Christ like words first spoken were disgusting. He stated with there are people there that want to be addressed as they/them —my Lord and Savior LOVES ALL people regardless if they are LGBT community. Did the Holy Spirit speak to Mr Smith and point out sinners for him to persecute? Of course not - I understand he not many support LGBT but they are God’s children and they are no more sinful than he is. A sin is a sin is a sin. My God does not attack with hateful/hurtful words. The LGBT people will stand before God just like we all will and I am disappointed that Life Surge supported those comments. Mr Smith and presumably Life Surge are a reason people turn away from God. I thought the purpose of your organization was to bring people to God - Shame on Life Surge for supporting bigoted beliefs and not loving as God loves. The message I heard was not bringing people to God but that they weren’t worthy of Hid’s love. I’m surprised he didn’t bring in racism because he spoke hateism. My opinion won’t mean anything to Life Surge but what was spoken left many people sickened and I will no longer support the organization no matter how many celebrities are speaking.
We had a training from Chadwin this morning on Surge Basics Mastery. It was excellent! It pulled everything together so I could focus on these very important Basics and learn to get better in these specific areas. I am so thankful for Chadwin's very thorough and clear explanations of what we need in our trading journey. I love this company and all the coaching they provide!!
Life Surge has been wonderful. Chadwin has been far more than just a trading mentor to me. Yes, he’s incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to trading, risk management, and discipline, but what truly sets him apart is the person he is outside of trading.
He’s also a mindset coach, motivator, and someone who genuinely listens. Trading can take a toll mentally and emotionally, and having someone who not only teaches strategy but also helps you build confidence, emotional control, and a healthier mindset is invaluable.
He takes the time to understand where you’re struggling, encourages growth both in trading and in life, and always pushes people to become better versions of themselves. That kind of mentorship is rare.
I’m extremely grateful for everything I’ve learned from him and highly recommend Chadwin to anyone looking for guidance not just in trading, but in personal growth as well and holding individuals accountable.
The trading educational experience at SurgeU is phenomenal and, provided you put in the work to learn and apply the strategy, seems to be yielding positive results. Chadwin is a gifted teacher with a passion for teaching people how to trade, and has an inspiring testimony as well. Would recommend!
It's 7:30AM or so my time in Glendale, Arizona...and I just finished another class instructed by Chadwin Solomon in Futures. Wonderful Class and always learning from attending Chadwin's Classes. I really appreciate the fact that they are recorded so I can rewatch the classes again and again...kinda of like rewatching a favorite movie...funny how you see or hear something on the rewatch that you didn't realized you missed!!! (Kinda of like reading the Bible over and over and when God wants to reach/teach you, the same verse you have read over and over now becomes clear....) Thank you Surge for giving Chadwin more time...now if God will Bless me with His Abundance..maybe I can get into a Mastery Class soon...

OK - so mixed emotions here.
Yes, they advertise that they are a faith based, for-profit, entity. So, yes, you expect to be marketed to for products and/or services. Their services mainly involve getting people involved with trading or real-estate. Neither are bad by themselves, but to use a Christian format and venue to push these speculative endeavors where the people are taking the risk, but there is no risk to yourselves is NOT biblical or Christ-like.
Let me explain.
Regarding the trading platform, I've been involved with trading for over 10 years. It takes a LOT of effort, discipline and time to even start to become profitable. It is a documented fact that after 5-years only 7% of traders are still active and only around 1-2% maintain consistent profitability. What does LifeSurge get? They get monthly subscription fees to their online trading services. Folks, please remember that when you trade, it MUST match your lifestyle and personality and risk tolerance. Their strategy is eerily like the Online Trading Academy (OTA) style which will only fit small percentage of the folks taking the classes and is questionable as well as to how profitable it really is. A LARGE percentage of the attendees will lose money and be out in a couple of years, but LifeSurge will have the subscription fees. The old saying is that the only people who really made money in the gold rush were the folks who provided the pick axes and shovels - not necessarily the miners!
The real-estate side is difficult too. It is very possible to make a lot in real-estate, however, LifeSurge puts pressure on you to subscribe to a high dollar mentorship program. If you don't have that, your percentage of success goes down even more.
Yes, they are for-profit, so they can say they are honest, but SHAME on them for using the name of Jesus and a high energy worship event to peddle their wares. I'm VERY disappointed in those high profile worship leaders who I used to admire. Yes, Craig Groeschel and Tim Tebow at our event (with others) - I'm SO DISAPPOINTED in you!!! Your platform and gifts are meant to be for the glory of God and bringing others to Christ, not to make a profit for yourself!!!!! (sounds a lot like folks from the past - Jim Baker)
Yes, I messed up and signed up for the real-estate classes, but came to my senses after reading the review on them too. I sent my form in for a full refund an have called multiple times and left multiple messages. However, I have yet to see my refund nor have I received a call back.
We did enjoy seeing Matthew West. I'm sure they paid him to come and sing and provide the worship time. That was GREAT. I'll exclude him from the negative side of this because I genuinely believe he was a paid performer here and only did worship. He didn't do or say anything to help push the products or services. Only for him am I giving this a 2-star rating. Otherwise it would be a 1-star max.

German is an incredible futures instructor. Buckle up—you’ll learn a lot, get corrected when it matters, and have some laughs along the way. He has a great balance of holding you accountable while also recognizing your progress. Every session leaves me either learning something new or feeling motivated to stay disciplined to my plan in order to become a great trader. And a side note, a brilliant use of music to go with the class.
