Stolen patterns
Every single pattern on this website is stolen from hard working artists, like Cloudsfactory. So when customers say the patterns are not as sharp in print, that's because they do not own the original prints. Please don't buy from this website. They are scammers.

Amazing designs and helpful staff.
Had some missing threads from a particular colour ( not their mistake it was a problem from the manufacturer since each had 5 threads instead of 6 ) Once I have sent my query they replied immediately that they were going to contact their supplier after few days I received an email with DHL details for the missing threads. Also on another note, there are alot if designs to choose from I already ordered 5 and will sure order more. Thankyou for your time and assistance.

Review of my cross stitch kits
My cross stitch kits have arrived very early considering the very long distance that they had. They had arrived in good condition. However, when I opened them, I noticed that the paper pattern is blurred and smudged which in one of the kits you can barely recognise the symbols. Having said that, the canvas of all the kits is searched round the edges and the pattern on the canvas is printed clearly which you would not need to look at the paper pattern. With regards to colours, in one of the kits, I would have preferred more colours included. However, with each kit, it gives more than enough threads to complete each kit. I have extra thread to leave in my stash.
