I´m satisfied with the clothes
I´m satisfied with the clothes, which are nice and fit well. I used a 15% "sale" discount. Unfortunately, immediately after my goods arrived, a new "sale offer" started...with 20% discount. It´s like "order right now, it´s a great summer offer", you order and then regret, because you were stupid to order right now. Well... happens. There much worse things in the world, but to be honest I feel stupid a bit.

Please do not use the service…
Please do not use the service "Balikovna" to deliver packages. I feel this particular delivery service as one of the worst Czech Republic. On the other hand my package was delivered in order. Thank you.

From Czech republic- I freaking love EMP, its my favorite online shop, I know the prices are high but it is REALLY WORTH IT!!! I love the jewerly from there too, just don't forget to check the material, I will order so many stuff more and my dream coat is there too. As a goth and metalhead- I LOVE EMP!

Everything was in very good level (mainly communication 👍). If you want some improvement, I would suggest to change logistics provider. I have bad experiences with them and I know that there are many better in the market.

It's the first time you've made an EMP…
It's the first time you've made an EMP design the wrong size for XL on The Witcher Who Is Your Destiny t-shirt. I've been ordering from you for years because your XL measurements have always fit me. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. Even though the shirt is labeled XL, it looks like XXXL. When I put it on. The sleeves are too long. The neck opening is crazy big. Overall, the shirt looks like XXXL for someone very fat. The next shirt ( second order ) and its XL size absolutely fit to standards. Unfortunately, the Witcher shirt did not. I will not be returning. I will take a chance and buy it again in a much smaller size and hope it will be a lot smaller.

Order arrived fast and alright. Goods (T-shirts in my case) were in expected quality and sizes correspond to usual sizes on market (no need to choose a larger size due to concerns that the size will not fit).
