Fair questions
I like it that the review questions are the questions that are on the test. Everyone knows that we read these quickly, especially those of us that have taken certain classes 20 times in our career. I hate trick questions or questions like “name the random fact.” Plus your videos are good.

Empire site not user friendly!
The Empire learning desktop&mobile sites are not user friendly, you have to scroll up every time to get to the next page. Also, if it times-out, it does not save your last page/where you were; you have to scroll through everything to get back where you. Lastly, if you leave the page to take a call for example, the timer resets, it does not account for the time you were actually on the page/site, unless you save & exit; consequently, that slows down progress through the course.

Thank you for feedback, we will pass that on to our development team to try and optimize for mobile friendliness. Unfortunately, the Minnesota Department of Commerce regulates the seat timer behavior and mandates that students cannot keep time accumulated on a page if there is an inactivity timeout, even if the progress was accumulated before the timeout. We know it is frustrating user experience, but are required as a provider to adhere to Department requirements. Thank you again for your feedback.

OnlineEd is a great hybrid experience…
OnlineEd is a great hybrid experience for obtaining Real Estate CEs. Once you select your specific renewal designation needs, you are provided with a step by step guide on what classes you need to meet your renewal needs. Not only that, the classes are as entertaining as a real estate class can be. You never know when an example of clients Brad and Angelina will present itself. Now this is the only company I use for real estate CEs. I’ve been using them exclusively for 8 years.
