The Warranty only looks good on paper

This vehicle warranty starts giving excuses when a claim is made and start asking you about the service history about the vehicle As I have owned the vehicle 8 months and the vehicle was purchased from a dealership. I contacted informing them work done and a service done at the proper dealership and said I have breached the terms and conditions because the oil and filter was not changed. The service interval at the dealership does not require the oil and filter to be replaced. I’ve only traveled very little kilometers since I purchased the vehicle last year. They advised me that the warranty is not valid until the oil and filter changed.

Unknown oil line leak from engine.

I was worried that Endurance would not pay but I made the call and everyone worked with me and told me to have the Chevrolet people to call them and from that point they paid over $1,200.00 on my bill. Great company.

Had a pretty significant issue with one of the 4 cars on my Endurance policy. Endurance looked into the matter and advised Ford to go ahead and replace the needed parts. Very happy with the work and Endurance.
