Nice and Easy, Job Well Done

Ease of service, Customer rep was informative, polite and helpful. Quick and easy resolve. However, I was told my deductible was $100, all parts "should've" been covered, I ended up owing the shop $225. Shop manager said it took quite some time for them to get ahold of the service rep, for me it was a breeze.

The Endurance agent was excellent. He explained the coverage thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I recommend speaking with an Endurance agent if you need coverage or just interested in how it works.

This company is a joke when it's time…

This company is a joke when it's time to make a claim. I had the medium coverage plan for a Ford F-150 which had two issues that were addressed at the dealership. Each time they were "not covered". Then I finally got smart the third time and asked them first before I spect $100's of dollars at the dealer to diagnose an obvious problem and once I pressed them to make a call if it was covered they said "NO"! $2800.00 Down the drain over two years to be continuously told"NO". SAVE YOUR MONEY and stay away from this company.

Run - don't walk away from this scam

Run - don't walk away from this scam insurance. I have the most expensive policy they sell, and in section J they specifically say Shocks/Struts, etc., are covered. EXCEPT Magneride. Of course, my car, a Cadillac Escalade, can only use Magneride. Dealer cost$ 5,000 - about what I paid for this worthless policy. This is the only time I have even tried to use it. That car cannot even use third-party shocks/struts, as they don't have a connector. What a WASTE of money. What is the point of this insurance? SCAM - stay away

I had them before and my warranty ran out and didn’t have the money at the time to renew it but did the other day and Tony helped me with everything and they took great care of me the first time so hope it will be the same again

How are exhaust manifolds not covered as part of the engine?? Top of the line warranty does NOT cover them??

We got tricked!

I had a very disappointing experience with Endurance Auto Warranty. After our vehicle broke down, we contacted them for guidance. We were VERBALLY instructed to move the vehicle to a different mechanic, so we followed their directions. Later, when we submitted our claim, they denied it because the vehicle had not been towed. We were not told to tow it one time. Even the mechanics were floored and have never heard of such BS in all of their career. The mechanic told us the vehicle was absolutely drivable. It makes no sense to deny a claim based on something that directly contradicts the instructions we were given. We acted in good faith and followed their guidance, only to have our claim rejected for that very reason. If you're considering an extended warranty, be sure to get every instruction in writing and document every conversation. Based on our terrible experience, I DO NOT recommend Endurance Auto Warranty. Midas and the other local mechanic shop told us they were going to drop them too.
