What people say
Quality Products and Customer Sevice
I ordered a doll from EMD and from the initial email after my order until I received my doll, there customer service was immaculate. They responded in a timely manner (usually within a few hours) and we're always able to provide me with a proper answer to my questions or solutions to an issue. I asked for several modifications after my order was placed and they were able to easily facilitate my request and it didn't seem to really affect the processing time of my order. I received the doll two days early and it came in pristine condition. They also provide you with photos of your actual ordered doll once they have finished preparing/customizing it. If you are looking for a website to buy a doll. I would highly recommend Enjoy My Doll.
