I put them on today for a tournament for the 1st time, right before I left I went to the bathroom and not 1 but both snaps broke and I either need to return them and wait another month or fix them muself.

I had to return an item when I placed this order. I had to pay shipping and the return/RMA process was confusing. One explanation said I had 30 days to return the item and another said return it in X days or the RMA will not be valid. Because of the overall cost of shipping the item I returned ended up costing me quite a bit more. Not a good customer experience.

This allows customers to pay lower prices up front and ensures only those who use the return process incur those costs. Regarding the return timeline, customers have 30 days from receipt of their order to return eligible items. The RMA itself also has an expiration date, which is why you may have seen a separate deadline associated with the authorization. I ordered umpire plate shoes on clearance and was truly pleased with both price and product. Had previously ordered patent leather base shoes of the same brand and was also pleased that the sizes fit my feet. The only 2 products I have not been pleased with in all the years of ordering from Epic were the 2 umpire ball bags (cheesy) and women's compression shorts (just underwear).
