I appreciate the quality of many of the close out items I buy as they are the 'blank canvas' to my artistic creations. I wish that Epic would pack the clothing items in trash bags to minimize the dirt & grim during shipping. Minimal cost for improved customer satisfaction & fewer laundry problems. I bought a large order of hats for a patch party. After placing the initial order, my client added on some adult sized hats to the order of child-sized hats. Customer service was great! They were very responsive, and I was able to modify my order before it was sent out. The hats were high quality and arrived on time, and as expected. The price could not be beat!
