Great! We received everything in a week with standard shipping. We received 5 skirts for the price of one at the original price, including shipping costs! There are little stitching errors, but it’s worth it for the cost on an item that is no longer available.

The products were exactly what I expected, but the service was not what I expected. Little to no contact on the first order to make sure we got everything we needed. Epic actually lost money because some of the items did not have the logo's on them. So I had to use a local company to finish them.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear the products themselves met your expectations, but I apologize that the service and communication did not. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover some items were missing logos and then have to arrange local customization to complete the order in time.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will be reviewing the order process and communication internally to help prevent this type of issue moving forward.
