The product is very good. The workers were excellent, courteous and cleaned up the yard. If you pay half up front and the remainder when job is finished be very careful that everything is completed to your satisfaction. I had my roof done 2 months ago After the inspection noticed two small problems and have been trying to get these resolved. I have left messages and contacted customer service. The installation manger will not take care of these problems.

Excellent communication and clear explanation of our problem and how to correct it. Work crews were professional and efficient. Finished job exceeded our expectations at a very competitive price. My husband and I were really happy with the whole process of getting a new roof . All the employees were polite and knowledgeable. It took a day even with the delay of the materials. The clean up was spot on!

I found Erie Home’s on a website. The appeal was a free roof estimate. I had no idea the field rep traveled over 2 hours no questions asked. While I had concerns about algae growth on my roof I had a scheduled cleaning. I was curious how much a new roof would cost. I did not have it in mind that I was for sure in the market at this time. Young Logan K took me through the options and the process. I was so impressed with his knowledge and his ability to build my trust in the company and their product. After spending time with Logan I financed a new roof and I could not be more happy with my decision. I would normally get more estimates. Removal and installation of the new roof was excellent. Clean up was also very professional and other than the new roof there was no indication that they had been there. Part of the job was putting the Leaff Filter back on the gutters. I am not impressed with the way they look now.

I issued a review early last week because I was not revceiving the right customer service for a payment Erie Home promised they would do to Alternative Energy Source Co. for solar panels movement they did when Erie Home replaced my shingles on my roof. After I submitted the review I got a phone call telling me that they are working on the payment, but as yesterday I have no response. I called Erie Home looking for the Installation Manager Alex, and I had the same answer I had two times last week, that he was going to call me, I did not get any phone call. Really dissapointed with this customer service.

We had a good experience with Erie Home for our new roof. We chose the Monaco Red asphalt shingles, which are tier 3, to replace our 30 year old roof that (illegally) had three layers of tier 1 shingles (not our fault--that way when we moved in). Our new roof is beautiful and we expect it to last through our lifetime. The roofers that Erie contracted were excellent--in New Mexico they have to be licensed, which isn't true in all states such as Texas, and so that has a lot to do with the quality of the job. I would also suggest you know ahead of time that you intend to purchase a roof so that you know your needs and will have questions prepared for the salesmen. Based on our experience, I would recommend Erie Home to my friends.

I wish I could leave a review of -5 stars. We are so fed up with this company and their lies that we have been dealing with for months. We have Gutter Helmet and the roofing team from Erie damaged them and voided our warranty by putting them back up with nails. Because they were damaged we had birds build nests in them this spring. We contacted Erie months ago and have had nothing but lie on top of lie by a few different people saying they would send a check to Gutter Helmet so it could be replaced. We have been told multiple times the check was delayed because of a new computer system, that they didn't have all of the info they needed when it had already been provided by us and Gutter Helmet. We were told the check would be sent out on certain days but again lies. We were told by one rep he would personally come and remove the nests so we wouldn't have damage from clogged gutters when it rained. We have never seen him. We will never do business with this company again. We paid out too much money to have to fight for months to not have their mistakes corrected.

I was very pleased with the roof. Make sure to look at end i didn't. I trusted. One of their guys put a hole in my siding. They said they would make it right. So far nothing.
