Our experience was very positive. I admit being terrified of the whole idea until I realized how we really needed a roof. I was treated with gracious respect. Contacted as needed to stay up to date. We were excited when completed and gutters installed. We look forward to many wonderful years in our home.

Good sturdy roof. Ground stone d x copper coated steel should last 40+ yrs. Materials took a month to arrive, install 3.5 days, good cleanup although I’m still finding a stray nail so wear thick sole shoes when walking around the yard. Sales people were way too high pressure for a good product - it sells itself. Took 2+ hours for price negotiation so do your homework and know a reasonable price to negotiate. That was rather annoying and time consuming.

They had the tear off and install done in one day cleaned up all of their mess and have had no problems with the roof since

The people were amazing to work with. It was a little pricey but that’s because of the superior materials they use in their job. They don’t use regular shingle material, they use a fiberglass shingle that works well in this weather. They do offer the cheaper material and the more expensive metal shingles. What ever fits your budget. My roof was finished in half a day.

From the sale staff to the actual installers, it was a pleasant and professional experience. The sale staff was very knowledgeable of their product, the other members of the operation kept me informed of all accept of the paper work process. The installers were very professional, they kept me informed of their progress, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall a great and positive experience.

Very impressed with Erie and our new roof. The crew were courteous, professional and efficient. Despite awful weather conditions, the old roof was removed, underlaid and replaced with one day, and the cleanup was perfect.I have no reservations in recommending Erie, its product or service.

Many miscommunications. Good work on roof but left unsealed and had water leak in house. Discouraged that none of the workers spoke English and were left alone frequently. Damaged some shrubs/ plants with tarps

Friendly group worked hard and efficiently to remove old and install new shingles. A little more expensive than anticipated but completely satisfied with everything!

My experience from begining to end was honestly the best experience I've ever had. The sales team explained everything to me in a professional and simple way. The installation crew were professionally knowledgeable in regards to on how to install my new metal roof. Erie's ENTIRE TEAM AND NETWORK ARE ALL very well informed and trained. The ALL are truly knowledgeable, curtious, friendly, understanding, timely, respectful, responsible and respectful. The quality of their work is overwhelming amazing. I honestly never thought I would be able to get a new roof, let alone one that was installed to perfection. I💯% recommend Erie company as a whole.

Cannot recommend highly enough. From the beginning presentation, our sales rep was with us throughout the process. There were some hiccups with the finance company (extra steps needed; Erie had no role in this), but they kept in contact as all was resolved. The construction team was top notch. Weather was the complication this time, but they kept coming back when they could to get the job completed ASAP without compromising quality. They also repaired where the facia had fallen off in several areas. Won't lie - it wasn't cheap. But our roof did need extensive restoration, on several surfaces, and the materials and design that Erie provided leave me confident we now have solid, durable, well constructed roof that is well worth the investment.
