Erie home was excellent in everything from start to finish. I have no complaints about them and recommend them to anyone looking into a good product for their roof. I wanted the metal shingle but that was way over our price range so we decided on the fiberglass asphalt shingle. No regrets about choosing Erie Home to replace my roof. Crew was amazing, fast and very knowledgeable about the install. Removed and replaced amazingly fast and they made sure that area was extremely clean and no debris leftover at all!!
Since the install no water has been in the basement!
I’m very happy with our new roof. It looks nice and is strong. It took a little longer than expected, but the removal and new roof installation was very professional. The clean up was complete and thorough.
The free estimate turned into a con job. The sales rep, who was a supposed "Teacher" in Corpus told us he loved his job. We googled him afterwards and found out he only worked on very few occasions as a SUBSTITUTE teacher. He also indicated all workers have to go to class at Erie Homes and pass a 6 week intensive training class. The workers said they never heard about that and didn't attend any classes. The con salesman said they do not use nailguns because they want to place the nails in the exact spot they need to go. It sounded like a machine gun going off on my roof. When I told the contractor what I was told, he laughed and said the salesman lied. "All roofers use nailguns". The salesman even told me there would be no nails on the ground when they finish. He even said they use a metal detector to ensure this. Guess what - they were using a magnet and sweeping it back and forth so fast, he was creating grass clippings. Of course we found so many nails after they left, we filled half a mason jar. Now, we have another delivery of roofing materials placed right in the middle of our driveway. I am unable to use my driveway and haven't been able to for over a month. Try finding the Erie Homes number? I had to google several ways to get to the customer service number I needed. The con salesman said to call if there were any concerns... How do you do that if no number is left to call?? We have finally spoken to the customer care team, 3 times, and notified them of the double delivery I need off of my drive. That was a month ago. I do not recommend Erie Homes for any jobs. They are liars, not responsive to customers, and ,frankly, don't care. There are many other reliable, honest companies out there that do what they say, and do what they mean. Don't be a fool like me!
From Nick ( sales rep) to the install crew all were very knowledgeable and professional! Nick went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed. Our roof looks just wonderful!

We hired Erie Construction to replace our roof and install new gutters, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our new asphalt shingle roof came out absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, the crew was professional, courteous, and extremely organized. They kept the job site clean throughout the project and completed the roof replacement in just two days. After that, they returned to install our new gutters, and the quality of their work was just as impressive. We’ve lived in Florida for 47 years, and I can honestly say this was one of the best construction experiences we’ve ever had. The workmanship on both the roof and the gutters was outstanding. My family’s largest investment is our home. I am very glad we decided to work with Erie Home Roofing for our new roof installation. A roof is a major system that protects our house and allows it to function properly. Carlos from Erie Home Roofing inspected our structure and notified us of existing faults and ventilation problems that should be addressed. The current asphalt shingles were deteriorating, and the current substrate was compromised by wear and weather. He provided pictures of our existing structure and current industry standards for reference. We were offered several repair or replacement options, all within our budget and timeline for completion. Once decided, we were able to schedule at our convenience. The crew arrived promptly at 7 am on Thursday, June 25, 2026; the job was completed, and the site was cleaned up by 6 pm. I was very impressed with the roofing crew, which was courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional. The foreman walked us through the process, answered our questions, and followed up with mid- and finished-project inspections. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Erie Home Roofing process of purchasing, financing, and installing our new roof. The entire process from inspection, selection, and completion took less than 45 days, and we have a roof that protects, adds value, and provides for the safety of our family.
From talking to the salesman to the final clean up everything was great! The salesman explained everything to me, what was needed and what my options were. He was able to find financing to meet my budget. I was kept up to date regarding the start date and answered all my questions, and there were a lot of them lol. The workers were super nice and were very careful around my flower beds. They finished when they said they would be done. The cleanup was spot on. This isn't the cheapest or the most expensive but I feel what they had to offer is what I was looking for. I highly recommend them.
I am so disappointed with customer service. I had someone came to my house and was good conversation and we made deal on roof replacement. He asked for $3000 down payment and I gave 3 days to cancel and get refunded. I canceled before time mentioned. And I haven’t received my refund until now. Been a month . Any time I call lady’s answering and saying you will see refund in 10 days we had an io with system same answer over and over. So frustrating
