In Mexico on vacation and our Portuguese mobile provider is astronomically expensive out of the country. Got an e-sim from eSIM-On and because we're over 50 we had no idea what was going on. Nelle on chat was AMAZING and right there with the help we needed. Lifesaver!
I was worried at first…
I was worried. Stuck in a place, hopping WiFi to WiFi. When I first tried to install, I got an error message. I call customer service. Response immediate! Told them my problem(s), and they fixed it. And then they followed through to make sure my settings were correct after the install. I totally recommend!!!

I contacted the Help Centre on New Year's Day through the Chat and they (Paul) was very quick to sort out my query. I haven't travelled yet, so can't comment on usability yet, but if their customer service is anything to go by, I have no worries at all.

Very helpful online chat service
Purchasing the service was easy using their website. I was very glad that there was an online chat to help me set up the eSim-On data use on my phone. I am not very tech savvy and the chat technician was very patient with me and explained everything clearly. It took a long time to go through all of it, but it was time well spent. I couldn't have done it without the help of the online chat.
