I like the bike
I like the bike. It's a little short on power for hills. Also I find the seat a little too close to the handlebars for my size. Otherwise it would get a 5 star for ease of setup and assembly. Excellent communication with customer service. Oh and if you install the front basket, relocate the light as when the front shocks deploy, which is always, it breaks the light when they connect. I glued the brakes back together and relocated the light on the handlebars column with a pipe clamp.

Eskute D200 Combo E Bike
I purchased the combo set of the Eskute D200 bikes, and they have been awesome! We ride them everywhere and have already explored so many new trails. Shipping was fast, everything arrived well-packaged, and the bikes were easy to assemble. The quality feels solid, and the folding design makes transporting them incredibly convenient. They fit easily for travel, which has made it simple to take them wherever we want to ride. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and have already recommended the Eskute D200 to my family and friends. If you're looking for a fun, well-built, and practical e-bike, I highly recommend it!

Customer Service Response
After receiving the 2 eTrikes, I found both had some issues that needed correcting before use. After I made contact with Eskute's Customer Service, they immediately began the process of providing a solution for the problem that was identified and reported to them. This process was handled by Customer Service Associate Avery and it was obvious from beginning that it was their intention to provide a solution, and as quickly and reasonably as possible. The solution provided by Avery and his team was absolutely satisfactory and actually beyond expectations .
T30 TRIKE EXCELLENT
I ordered the T30 Trike and it arrived save and sound very quickly in a well packed box. It was relatively easy to assemble and did not take long. I ran into a minor problem with the battery however after some great discussions with Jill of Customer Service she sorted it out and I am now happily riding my Trike around the neighbourhood and showing it off to all who look. This was a great purchase, I would Eskute recommend to anyone who interested in dealing a wonderful company, good transportation and lots of fun.

Bikes are awesome. Amazing quality for the price. Sturdy, easy to operate and ride. Mark has provided excellent customer service. By far the best from a company.
Where to start
Where to start - these bikes are awesome for the price we paid. These are well made, solid bikes. When we first received them (well packed by the way), we had one minor problem with the screen of one bike. Eskute CS replied quickly to my inquiry and sent out the needed item ASAP. Their troubleshooting solved the problem and we’ve not had any issues since. The bikes ride great. They are comfortable and easy to ride. They are heavy (expected of an electric trike), but manageable. Assembly was straight forward and the directions easy to understand. I never needed to open the video “how to” link. All and all, these were a great investment. I can see many years of use and the bikes will still retain retail value - maybe not battery wise with new technology. Highly recommend this company and their products!

I had to purchase a new motor for my Eskute C300 SO. After calling costumer service I was told someone from warehouse would contact me through email. A few days later I was contacted by Jenny who helped through the ordering process. Her responses to my emails was very timely and helpful. From first contact to receiving my order was just over 2 weeks.
Eskute purchase and customer service experience
I ordered the Mini Nova Bike for my 11 year old son. The bike arrived quickly and wasn’t too bad to put together. The instructions aren’t great but YouTube saved the day. I had one small issue that I contacted customer support about. I dealt with Zhou and it was a great experience. Zhou took care of the issue promptly and was in constant contact with me. My son hasn’t used the bike yet (his birthday is coming up) but I can’t wait for him to try it. I am sure I will have fun on it too. It’s a solid bike and a worthy purchase.

The employee Jade was very helpful in helping us with the issues with our new trike. The solution due to a noice when execrating worked like a charm by simply removing four links from a chain. They offer to pay if taken to a bike repair but was not necessary. He was quick to respond to all inquiries. Would 100% recommend doing business with them . From a very happy and satisfied customer.

The Eskute nova X is a great bike to…
The Eskute nova X is a great bike to start out on. It has perfect power for an acreage. They also have a wonderful support team that actually cares and works hard to satisfy customers. They have an amazing warranty program that they actually honor. A big thanks to Jade for helping me out and getting me back on the road after a minor issue.

Great experience overall! Communication and service have been totally fine, and the bike itself has been great with zero issues. The battery strength is solid, and I’m really enjoying it—the v200 was definitely an excellent choice. Very happy with it.
I thought the battery was not working
I thought the battery was not working. Customer service got back to me right away and worked with me on trouble shooting the problem. I hade not installed battery correctly. Eskute gets an A+ for customer service.
