The process for acquiring the liability coverage was very easy. Instructions for completing the insurance questionnaire and for making the online payment were easy to understand.
Responsive and quick turn around
My Broker, Mitch Martin, is very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Unlike other brokers, he takes his calls or calls back the same day; and his quick turn around time with quotes and policies is very much appreciated. That is one reason why I do not shop around. The service I get is worth the premium I pay.
